Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We are a fully licenced company registered in Worth, IL. Any responsible business take precautions to protect ourselves, our clients and their guests. As such, we have elected to carry a $2,000,000 policy to protect against an unfortunate events. Please let us know if you need a copy of our Certificate of Insurance.

Do you use professional equipment?
All of our equipment is bought from specialty vendors that provide professional equipment to DJs and entertainers. We carry some of the top name brands such as Shure, Electro-Voice, QSC, Denon, Chauvet, and American DJ. We have to work almost every week with the equipment we choose, therefore we take time in evaluating all purchases to make sure the equipment is right for us and our clients.

Will I be able to meet the performers that will perform at my event?
Yes, in most situations we prefer to meet our clients before they choose to book with us to make sure we are a right fit for them. Depending on the situation, we may ask or be asked for additional meetings prior to the event. Our initial consultation is free regardless if you choose to book with us, and any additional meeting after booking is also free of charge.

Do you carry backup equipment?
Although equipment failure is rare, we do not want a special event to be ruined because of a faulty wire. Therefore we carry backup equipment and music to every event. In the case of an emergency, we have a backup DJ standing by that can be called.

How much time do you need to set up?
For our standard packages, we will show up 30 minutes to 1 hour prior to your event at no cost to you. After your event we generally need 15-30 minutes to pack our equipment up.

Will you dress appropriately for our event?
We definitely want to meet your vision of our event, so please let us know what would be appropriate. We have tuxedos, suits, polo shirts, or even just jeans and a t-shirt if thats what would work best. If you have a special theme (e.g. Hawaii-an shirts, Bears party, etc.) to your event, please give us an advance warning so we can make sure we can be part of that theme.

Do you provide a written contract?
Yes, all of our events are confirmed in writing with each party retaining a copy.

Are you a part of any professional organization?
We are a proud member of the national American Disc Jockey Association as well the local chapter of the association. We feel that anyone who dedicates themselves to the ADJA rules of conduct and committs to training and exchanging ideas with other industry professionals sets themselves above their competition.

Payment Options
We ask all clients to pay a $200 deposit at the time we book your event to reserve the date. The rest of the balance is due prior to the start of our performance. Currently we accept cash, money orders, cashier's checks and personal checks. There will be a $25 fee for any returned checks. Overtime must be paid to your DJ prior to starting the overtime work. Any tips are greatly appreciated and can be paid directly do your DJ. All gratuity goes entirely to the entertainers working your event.

Other Fees
Travel and parking downtown or outside of Chicagoland may require an additional fee that will be given to you prior to booking your event. We are upfront on our costs and fees.

Can't I just get an iPod for my event?
There are many options for providing music at our events. By choosing us, you get a professional to handle the event, professional equipment to make sure the entertainment can be heard and adjusted throughout the night. Our experience helps us read crowds and adjust music selections based on the feedback we perceive.
